WHAT WE DO

At KFTGhana, we are committed to empowering women and girls in Ghana's central region through vocational training and entrepreneurship. Our programs are designed to provide them with the skills and resources they need to create sustainable livelihoods and become self-reliant. Here's a closer look at what we do.

Fashion and Sewing

Our fashion and sewing program teaches women and girls how to design and create clothing and
accessories. Participants learn various sewing techniques, pattern-making, and garment
construction, as well as the basics of fashion design. Through this program, they gain the skills
needed to start their own tailoring businesses or find employment in the fashion industry.

cakes and other baked goods. Participants learn how to measure ingredients, mix batters, and bake
a variety of treats. They also receive instruction on food safety, kitchen hygiene, and business
management. This program equips them with the skills to start their own baking businesses or work
in commercial kitchens.

overcome obstacles. Through these programs, we aim to build confidence, foster a sense of
community, and empower participants to achieve their goals
