Welcome to Keeping Families Together Ghana (KFTGhana), a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls in Ghana's Central Region. Founded in 2019 by Meridith, our mission is to break the cycle of dependency and help these individuals shape their destinies through vocational training and entrepreneurship.

At KFTGhana, we believe that every woman and girl have the potential to become self-reliant and contribute to their communities. We strive to provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in various trades, including sewing, pastries and cake baking, bead making, and hairdressing. By equipping them with these skills, we aim to help them create sustainable livelihoods and become economically independent.
In addition to vocational training, we also focus on social inclusion and mentorship. We understand that many of the women and girls we work with have faced significant challenges and barriers in their lives. Through our programs, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment where they can build confidence, connect with others, and receive guidance and encouragement from experienced mentors.
